I use GIMP 2, Paint, Powerpoint, for editing/drawing pictures and backgrounds. Powerpoint I use to put two pics together with the GROUP tool :3

Gimp 2 is to make things look more....Realistic I guess. Paint is basically all the drawing.

As for animating, I use regular Windows Movie Maker and length each slide to like .02 seconds or something x3
